Historic Coffee Cup in Charlotte, NC asked by landowner to leave building

As seen in an article by Greg Lacour in The Charlotte Observer's website, The Coffee Cup [http://www.meatandthree.com/nc/thecoffeecup/] has been asked by their landowner to vacate the building it is in.  Per Greg, The Coffee Cup is "one of Charlotte's oldest and most historically significant restaurants" and is currently operating "under threat of eviction and demolition".
