Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, Meat and Three History Blog readers!

I appreciate your interest and hope that you have enjoyed reading about some of the Meat and Three restaurants that I have visited over the last month and a half. There is just too little time to visit them all, unfortunately. That is why I am calling on you for assistance. We need some more information in the form of historical reports and stories about individual Meat and Three's. We need your help if you are a fan of the "Meat and Three"!

I am headed down to Alabama for Thanksgiving Day, to get together with a large group of family and friends. I was thinking about all of the Meat and Three's out there that I cannot get to, and thought I would ask for help. Are you familiar with any of the Meat and Three diners, cafes, or restaurants in Alabama? Do you have a great story about a time you spent with family or friends, or even complete strangers, at a particular Alabama Meat and Three? If so, please take a moment to shoot an email to me (phil@meatandthree.com) with details about it.

Once received, I will review it to make sure it relates to a real Meat and Three (must serve at least one Meat and Three option on its menu), edit it for clarity, and post it to the site. It's a great way to help preserve a piece of the history of the restaurant and the experience that you now hold in your memory. Additionally, writing your story in this "online, interactive history book", dedicated solely to Meat and Three's, will allow others to share in that moment with you.

Here is a quick list of the cities in Alabama where we currently have a Meat and Three restaurant listed. There are certainly many more - we just do not know about them yet.

Birmingham
Mentone
Springville
Chelsea
Mobile
Trussville
Florala
Montgomery
Tuscaloosa
Gadsden
Northport
Tuscumbia
Huntsville
Pelham
Valley Head
Irondale
Phenix City
Vestavia

While this post is focused on Alabama, we will definitely take entries on Meat and Three's in other states, as well. Just email me (phil@meatandthree.com) and share your story. If you are passionate about Meat and Three's, you should let me know. Maybe we can enlist your help as a feature writer.

Thank you for stopping by!
