Bell and Sons Cafeteria arrived on the Winston-Salem Meat and Three scene in 1962 serving a wide variety of down home, Southern cooking. Comfort food and cornbread here. Now in it's third generation of proprietorship; Bell's is one of the highest quality, best priced meal deals one can find in the South.

I have eaten there for 40 years and don't recall a bad meal. To list the good stuff would take too long because it's all good. Honest to god if you leave this place hungry it is your own fault!
